Solenoid-Driven, Motor and control metering pumps supplied by Hidráulicas HMT, are used in a range that moves between 0-1000 l / h with backpressures between 2 and 25 Bar. Above these ranges we do not have pumps with control, but we have mechanical membrane, hydraulic and piston pumps, with one or more heads.
Most metering pumps are oscillating displacement pumps. An exactly defined volume of liquid is drawn into the displacement body on the reciprocal stroke and forced into the metering line on the compression stroke. The pump settings can be changed to achieve consistently accurate metering.
All these pumps can go with a great versatility of materials in the heads (PP, PVC, acrylic glass, PCDF, SS, …) and the gaskets (NBR, EPDM, PTFE) for having the right material compatibility with the dosed fluids.
Four steps to select the right pump:
- Specify the pumping capacity in l / h
- Specify the back pressure in bar
- Specify the type of control
- Determine the compatibility of the product of the fluid to be dosed
